Dakgangjeong is a deep-fried crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce. This recipe uses bite sized boneless chicken pieces, so it cooks up very fast in shallow oil.

Ingredients: Gochujang powder, Brown sugar, Soy sauce powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Ginger powder, and Lime powder.


Kimchi stew (kimchi jjigae) combines kimchi with other ingredients such as beef, onions, garlic, and tofu. It is meant to be eaten slowly, and it's served bubbling hot.

Ingredients: Salt, Kimchi powder, Vegetable oil (Palm olein), Sugar, Chili powder, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Shrimp, Turmeric powder, Chili flakes, Filleted anchovies and Corn starch.

Bulgogi, also known as Korean BBQ beef, is marinated thinly sliced beef, typically cooked over an open flame. “Bul” means fire in Korean, and “gogi” is a general term for meat.

Buldak is a simple dish of fried chicken (dak) thighs, slathered in spicy gochujang glaze and usually eaten with melted cheese.

Ingredients: Chili, Sugar, Salt, Sesame, Garlic powder, Cream of Tartar, Lime powder, Corn starch and Gochujang.
